Customer Support iQpakk offers Annual Support Agreements with all software license agreements. Coverage includes software maintenance, updates, patches, e-mail and telephone support to a preselected number of representatives within your organization.
Standard support hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. During this standard maintenance period, customer support is provided via telephone and/or e-mail. Custom support packages can be tailored to your needs and are priced accordingly.
